Financial Literacy Training
At Made by Her, we make an extra effort to support women-led businesses to acquire basic financial skills to grow to the next level. As such in September 2023, we provided training on Financial Literacy, Investment Decisions and Bookkeeping for current and potential partners who wish to join Made by Her. 51 participants were able to join the online training which was conducted in two sessions according to their time preference in Sinhala and Tamil languages for easy comprehension. The small business owners were able to understand basic financial management techniques and how to utilise these concepts to maintain transparent and accountable businesses
