Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on the website. The return request must be raised within 7 days along with evidence such photos and a description of the reasons to return

Valid reasons to return an item:

  1. The delivered product is damaged (i.e., physically destroyed or broken)/defective
  2. The delivered product is incomplete (i.e., has missing items and/or accessories).
  3. The delivered product is incorrect (i.e., wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
  4. The delivered product does not match the product description (i.e., the product is not as advertised)
  5. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories etc
  6. To be returned the product must be unopened/unused, unwashed and without any flaws. If it is an article of clothing the product may be tried on to see if it fits. In this case, it will still be considered as unworn.
  7. In the event that the reason to return/refund is not listed above, Made by Her reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange of the purchased goods

*Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after two (2) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

Refund Policy:

  1. The full amount paid for the item will be refunded
  2. Customer will have to bear the delivery cost of returning the item to Made by Her.
  3. The item/product should be returned unused[R1].

Exchange Policy

In the event an exchange/refund is required, the product/s must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the package with all the original tags still on them.

If the return is not the result of an error by Made by Her, you will be responsible for all applicable costs associated with returning the item(s). Please send us your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns Center.

No refunds will be available after the 7-day returns period has expired.
