While preparing to launch madebyher.lk, throughout 2022, the Made by Her Team at Chrysalis visited the SME partners that showed interest to join the platform. We discussed the quality of products, and the importance of branding and packaging to meet customer satisfaction. We further discussed the conditions for onboarding the platform and conducted an online training regarding the back-end operations of the website, to support vendors to understand how they would manage their own store on the platform.
