Child Action Lanka
Child Action Lanka (CAL) works across the country through many projects focusing on creating a better future for children in Sri Lanka by providing education and protection while fulfilling the health and nutrition needs of underprivileged children in Sri Lanka. The Laptop Sleeves sold via Made by Her, are produced through WRAP, a project by Child Action Lanka (CAL), in joint partnership with Api Apita Incorporation.
WRAP provides women with resources to learn and develop the skills they need to earn an income and provide for their families. The women in this project upcycle use sarees to create beautiful yet functional items that are unique in design. Balancing social empowerment and distinctive design, WRAP products also honour our commitment to fair trade and environmental preservation.
